WHERE: Limatambo, Peru
WHAT: We will run four daily medical clinics, distribute medicines to those in need, offer prayer support as well as organize activities and construction projects to serve the local needs associated with the children’s home (Casa del Aguila).
WHO: We need you! Specific needs below…
Group 1. Medically trained people to attend to the patients.
Group 2. Individuals who possess the energy to help keep patients entertained while they wait to be seen.
Group 3. Bilingual individuals who can speak Spanish and English to serve as interpreters.
Groups 4. People who love to work and play with children.
Group 5. Anyone willing to pray with those in need.
Group 6. Those willing to work as a team and serve the local community and children’s home in Peru.
NOTE: Endurance Leadership’s medical trips require a balance of all 6 types of volunteers listed above in order to work effectively in each foreign country. We reserve the right to decline any individual who may register for the trip based on that team’s gift balance and understanding. If EL declines your registration, you will be refunded in full.
WHY: To work in assigned areas for community development with local residents of impoverished communities and the children residing at Casa del Aguila.
WHEN: July 26 – August 2, 2025
COST: $2,850 (children ages 12 and under have a discounted price – please contact us for details)
COST INCLUDES: flights to/from Washington Dulles IAD and Cusco, Peru CUZ, along with in-country transportation, lodging at Casa del Aguila (CDA), all breakfasts, all meals while at CDA, and supplies during the service volunteer trip. Also, includes one night at the fabulous Marriott in Cusco, Peru with full breakfast. The cost is entirely tax-deductible. Our hotel in Cusco on Friday, August 1st is budgeted based on double occupancy, extra fees apply to those who desire their own room.
COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: Lunch and dinner on the final days in Cusco and in transit. In addition, it does not include vaccines, visas and medical insurance that some my desire for the trip (although none are required). While the trip cost does NOT include a health/travel insurance plan, if you desire health or travel insurance, which is HIGHLY recommended, please visit Allianz Travel Insurance. Please Note: Should you choose to pay with one of the trip payment platforms on our website that charge fees (such as Paypal, Venmo…), participants are responsible to pay the complete trip amount, which does not include fees accessed by certain payment platforms.
TRIP ADD-ONS: We offer a number of options related to your trip, both preceding and following the primary excursion in Peru. Please see the options below.
POST-TRIP EXCURSIONS: For trip participants who desire to engage in a tour of Machu Picchu, Cusco or the Inka Trail, etc. These in-country excursions can be arranged by our tour partners. Prices vary based on the activities each participant chooses to engage in. Please indicate your interest in a particular add-on and the date you desire to depart Peru when you register for the trip. Our staff will need to know your desired return date of travel, so we can make that adjustment before we purchase the group tickets. In addition to post trip excursions, there is also a pre-trip excursion listed below, for those who want to have fun, tour the capital and brush up on some Spanish before arriving in Cusco on the 26th.
PRE-TRIP IMMERSION EXPERIENCE: The pre-trip immersion experience will take place in Lima, Peru July 24 – 26. This pre-trip add-on is organized and run by Life Changing Language Immersion. Trip participants will arrive in Lima, Peru two days prior to the medical group and will stay at the JW Marriott in Miraflores, Lima while they engage in 2 interactive lessons per day, all meals included at the Marriott Executive Lounge and free time to explore the capital city of Peru. EL staff will need to know if you have added the pre-trip experience before we purchase your flights. Please note that the pre-trip immersion experience is not tax-deductible and is run by Life Changing Language Immersion, in partnership with Endurance Leadership.
